What should I do if a business process does not start?

If a business process does not start in Polyosync, the problem may be related to its configuration, required inputs, workspace permissions, or an unavailable dependency. The first step is to determine whether the execution request was rejected or whether an execution started but has not yet appeared in the available history. How to troubleshoot: 1. Open your Polyosync dashboard. 2. Navigate to Business Processes. 3. Locate the process you want to execute. 4. Review its available configuration and required information. 5. Check whether the Start Run action is available. 6. If you previously attempted to start the process, review Run History. 7. Use Refresh to retrieve updated execution information. What if the Start Run action is unavailable? Confirm that your account has the appropriate workspace permissions and that the process is configured for the operation you want to perform. Feature availability may also depend on the workspace's subscription or enterprise configuration. What if clicking Start Run produces an error? Read the error message carefully. If it identifies missing information, invalid configuration, or a permission problem, address that issue before attempting another execution. What if nothing appears in Run History? Refresh the available records and verify that you are reviewing the correct process. Avoid repeatedly clicking Start Run until you have determined whether an earlier request was accepted. Why should I avoid repeated attempts? If the previous request started successfully but its status has not yet appeared, additional attempts could create duplicate operations. What if the problem persists? Contact Polyosync Support with the process name, approximate time of the attempt, and any visible error message. Polyosync's execution history and process configuration information can help narrow down why an operation did not start as expected.
