HOW IT WORKS

From one AI Employee to controlled AI execution across the business.

Polyosync connects context, actions, collaboration and oversight so AI can do useful work without turning business operations into a black box.

01

AI Employees

Role-based AI workers configured with business context, instructions, capabilities and permissions.

02

Business Knowledge & Memory

Approved business knowledge gives AI context. Memory preserves relevant continuity from interactions and work.

03

Actions

Authorised tools and integrations let AI move work forward instead of only returning an answer.

04

Collaboration

AI Employees can work together through dynamic delegation or a deliberately configured collaboration graph.

05

AI Workforce

A coordinator can plan work, delegate to specialists and synthesise their results around a shared business objective.

06

Workflows & Processes

Automations define repeatable steps; autonomous workflows and durable business processes support broader execution patterns where enabled.

07

Human Oversight

Human handoffs and approval boundaries keep people in the loop when work needs review, authority or intervention.

08

Governance & Audit

Controls, permissions, auditability, observability and quality systems make AI work inspectable and accountable.

TWO DIFFERENT COLLABORATION MODELS

Collaboration can emerge during work — or be designed in advance.

Dynamic AI Employee Collaboration

Delegation created at runtime.

While executing work, an AI Employee can recognise that another specialised AI Employee is needed, delegate the bounded task, receive the result and continue its own work.

AI Collaboration Orchestration

A controlled collaboration graph.

Define participating AI Employees, tasks and dependencies. Independent tasks can run in parallel; dependent tasks receive structured upstream outputs as controlled shared context, with execution kept auditable.

THE OPERATING LAYER

More than the AI response.

Memory

Relevant history and context can carry forward.

Performance Center

Inspect how AI Employees are performing.

Human Handoffs

Bring people into work that needs human attention.

Governance & Guardrails

Set boundaries around AI behaviour and actions.

Audit

Keep durable evidence of AI activity and execution.

Performance & ROI

Connect AI activity to operational performance and value.

Workflow Orchestration

Coordinate repeatable multi-step work.

Observability & Quality

Understand what happened and evaluate execution quality.

Availability depends on your plan and deployment.

Core AI Employee capabilities are available across paid plans with different limits. Advanced workforce, autonomous execution, governance, quality/observability and ROI capabilities are Enterprise features in the current entitlement model. Integrations, employee capacity, conversations, knowledge sources and team-member limits also vary by plan.

Plain-language guide

AI agents for business: what Polyosync actually does

Polyosync is an AI agent and business automation platform. It calls its role-based AI agents AI Employees: assistants configured with business instructions, knowledge, approved tools and permissions to carry out defined work. They can work individually or together as an AI Workforce. They are not unrestricted autonomous agents, and the actions available depend on your setup.

AI Workforce

Assign different AI agents to roles such as customer support, sales and operations. Each employee uses its own instructions, business knowledge and permitted tools.

AI Collaboration and multi-agent orchestration

When one AI Employee needs another specialist, it can delegate a task and use the returned result. Configured orchestration can coordinate participants, dependencies and shared outputs, including parallel work where supported.

Autonomous workflows

Define a business objective, the permitted steps, the tools agents may use and the boundaries for decisions. The workflow progresses through configured actions and conditions; exceptions can be escalated to people.

Automations

Use triggers and actions for recurring tasks such as routing requests, following up or updating connected records. Some automations use AI; others are rule-based.

Business processes

Coordinate a structured sequence of business activities rather than a single chat response. Configured processes can track execution, results and errors for review.

Human handoff and control

Set permissions, approval boundaries and escalation rules. When a request needs human judgment or authorization, the configured workflow can hand it over with context.

Example: from customer enquiry to a booked appointment

  1. A customer contacts a configured customer-facing AI Employee about availability.
  2. The agent uses approved business information to understand the request and collect relevant details.
  3. If needed, it asks a specialist AI Employee to handle a related task and receives the result.
  4. Where an authorized booking integration is connected, the workflow can check availability or take an approved booking action.
  5. If an exception or approval is required, the request goes to a human under the configured handoff rules.
  6. Configured execution history helps the team review what happened and the outcome.

This is an illustrative configuration, not a promise that every integration or action is enabled by default.
