What information should I include when submitting a Polyosync support ticket?

Providing accurate and relevant information in your support request helps the Polyosync Support team understand the issue and identify appropriate next steps. A detailed ticket can reduce the need for repeated clarification and make technical investigation more efficient. What should a support ticket contain? 1. A clear summary. Describe the issue in one or two sentences. Example: "AI Employee collaboration does not complete after the second task." 2. The affected feature. Identify whether the issue concerns AI Workforce, AI Collaboration, Automations, Autonomous Workflows, Business Processes, Integrations, Billing, or another area. 3. Expected behavior. Explain what you expected the platform to do. 4. Actual behavior. Describe what happened instead. 5. Steps to reproduce. If the issue can be reproduced, explain the actions that lead to it. 6. Approximate time. Include the date, time, and relevant timezone, especially for scheduled operations. 7. Error details. Copy the exact error message if available, but remove secrets and sensitive information. 8. Operational identifiers. Where available, provide the relevant workflow, process, or execution identifier. 9. Business impact. Explain whether the issue prevents normal operations, affects multiple employees, or impacts a customer-facing process. 10. Previous troubleshooting. Describe what you have already tried. How should I describe intermittent problems? Explain how frequently the issue occurs and whether you have identified a pattern. For example, mention whether it occurs only with a particular integration, AI Employee, or workflow configuration. Can I include screenshots? If the ticket interface supports attachments, screenshots may help explain visual problems or error messages. Review them first to ensure they do not contain passwords, access tokens, confidential customer records, or unrelated private information. Should I provide access to my business account? Do not share login credentials. If additional information is required for investigation, follow the instructions provided through an authorized support process. What makes a ticket difficult to investigate? Requests such as "Nothing works" or "Please fix my account" often lack the information necessary to identify the issue. A specific description is significantly more useful. Recommended practice Explain the problem, identify the affected operation, provide reproducible steps where possible, and describe the business impact without disclosing unnecessary sensitive data.
