How do I manage business workspaces within a Polyosync Enterprise Organization?

Polyosync Enterprise allows organizations to manage business operations through an organization-level structure that can include a main workspace and additional operational workspaces. This structure is designed for companies that need to organize activities across departments, business units, or other operational environments. Each workspace represents a business environment in which authorized users can manage the relevant Polyosync capabilities. Understanding the workspace structure Main organization workspace The main workspace serves as the central organization environment and the billing owner for the Enterprise contract. Additional workspaces Additional workspaces can represent different operational areas included in the Enterprise arrangement. For example, an organization may use separate workspaces for Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations. These examples illustrate possible organizational structures rather than mandatory workspace types. How should workspaces be managed? Step 1: Identify the business purpose. Determine which operational activities belong in each workspace. Step 2: Review the organization structure. Identify the main organization workspace and any additional environments included in the configuration. Step 3: Assign responsible users. Ensure that each workspace has appropriately authorized users responsible for its activities. Step 4: Configure business information. Review the relevant business profile and operational settings. Step 5: Prepare AI employees. Configure AI employees according to the responsibilities of the workspace. Step 6: Review integrations. Ensure that connected services are appropriate for the workspace and its business requirements. Step 7: Configure workflows and processes. Establish the automations, autonomous workflows, and business processes needed for the workspace. Step 8: Validate access and operations. Confirm that authorized users can perform their intended activities and that important operations behave as expected. Does every workspace require separate billing? No. Enterprise billing is managed at organization level, and child workspaces do not maintain independent subscriptions under the organization contract. Can different workspaces have different operational responsibilities? Yes. The purpose of workspace separation is to support different business environments and responsibilities. Are all workspace settings controlled centrally? Not necessarily. Some responsibilities may be managed at organization level, while others are associated with individual workspaces. The available controls depend on the implemented Enterprise functionality and assigned permissions. Recommended approach Create and maintain a workspace structure based on actual business responsibilities. Avoid introducing unnecessary workspaces when a simpler structure can meet the organization's requirements.
