Why can't I access or manage an Enterprise workspace?

Problems accessing or managing an Enterprise workspace may be caused by missing membership, insufficient permissions, account issues, or configuration changes. The appropriate solution depends on whether the problem affects signing in, accessing the workspace, or performing a particular administrative operation. Common causes 1. The user is signed in with the wrong account. 2. The user has not been invited to the relevant workspace. 3. An invitation has not been completed. 4. The assigned role does not permit the requested operation. 5. The user's access has been changed or revoked. 6. The workspace is not available under the current organization configuration. 7. The user session is outdated. 8. A temporary platform or network error is affecting access. How to troubleshoot Step 1: Verify your account. Confirm that you are using the email address associated with your Enterprise access. Step 2: Confirm the workspace. Determine which business environment you are attempting to access. Step 3: Review your invitation. If you recently received access, ensure that the required invitation process has been completed. Step 4: Check your role. Ask an authorized administrator to verify your assigned permissions. Step 5: Refresh your session. Sign out and sign in again if appropriate. Step 6: Identify the failing action. Determine whether you cannot open the workspace or whether a particular operation is unavailable. Step 7: Review recent access changes. Check whether your role or workspace membership was modified. Step 8: Contact the Enterprise administrator. Request verification of your membership and authorization. Step 9: Contact Polyosync Support if necessary. Provide the affected workspace, operation, error message, and approximate time. What if I can view information but cannot change it? Your role may permit viewing without authorizing the requested modification. What if another employee can access the workspace? This may indicate a difference in assigned membership or permissions rather than a general platform outage. What if the issue started after an administrator changed my role? Ask the administrator to review the updated access configuration. Should I request unrestricted administrator access? Not automatically. The appropriate solution is to identify the permissions required for your responsibilities. Recommended approach Determine whether the issue concerns authentication, workspace membership, or operation-specific authorization before changing access settings.
