How can I identify failed AI Employee tasks and investigate errors?

Polyosync provides operational status and execution history features that help businesses identify unsuccessful AI-supported activities. When an AI Employee participates in a workflow, automation, collaboration, or business process, understanding failures is essential for reliable operations. Where should I look first? Open Action History in your Polyosync business dashboard. This area provides a unified view of supported operations across AI Workforce, AI Collaboration, Autonomous Workflows, Business Processes, and Automations. Use the status filter to focus on failed or error records. You can also select a particular module or search for a relevant operation. What information can help explain a failure? Depending on the execution, an operation record may contain an error message, outcome summary, status, and timestamps. For supported records, the execution timeline provides additional information about recorded events. For example, an automation may encounter a problem while attempting an action. An autonomous workflow may fail during a particular execution stage. An AI collaboration may encounter an issue during a supported activity involving multiple AI Employees. The available execution details can help narrow down the problem. Does every failed execution have a complete explanation? Not necessarily. The information available depends on the relevant module and the data recorded during execution. Some failures may require additional investigation. What should I do after identifying a problem? Review the recorded error and determine whether it relates to missing information, configuration, permissions, an unavailable integration, or another execution condition. If the issue concerns incorrect business information, review the AI Employee's instructions and relevant Business Knowledge. If it concerns a connected service, verify that the integration remains configured and accessible. If the issue continues, contact Polyosync Support with the relevant operation details and error information. Do not include passwords, secret API keys, or other sensitive credentials in a support request. Does Polyosync automatically fix every failed operation? No. Execution history helps businesses investigate recorded activity. It does not guarantee automatic recovery from every possible error. Polyosync provides operational visibility that helps businesses diagnose issues and improve the reliability of their AI-supported processes.
