Where can I find reports and operational analytics in Polyosync?

Operational information in Polyosync is associated with the modules responsible for executing and managing business activities. Depending on your account, you may be able to review information through dashboards, module-specific interfaces, execution histories, and available reporting features. The exact navigation and reporting capabilities depend on your workspace configuration and the functionality currently available. How should I locate relevant operational information? 1. Sign in to your Polyosync business account. 2. Open the relevant business workspace. 3. Identify the module associated with the activity you want to investigate. 4. Review its available dashboard, execution history, or activity information. 5. Open the relevant records to examine results and status details. 6. Use any reporting or analytics views available to your account. Which modules may contain useful reporting information? AI Workforce Review the available information associated with AI Employee activity and operational interactions. AI Collaboration Inspect relevant collaboration activity and outcomes where execution information is available. Automations Review automation activity and recorded execution results. Autonomous Workflows Inspect workflow executions and their outcomes. Business Processes Review process run history, execution details, results, and errors. The availability and structure of these records vary by module. What if I cannot find a consolidated report? Not every module-specific execution record is necessarily included in a single reporting interface. If a consolidated report is unavailable, use the relevant module's operational records. Do not assume that information from every module has already been aggregated into a unified report. Can I access reports from another business workspace? Operational information should be accessed only through the workspace and permissions associated with the authorized user. Users should not expect access to reports or records belonging to unrelated businesses. What if a reporting page is unavailable? First, verify that you are signed in to the correct account. Check whether your role permits access to the relevant module. Then determine whether the reporting capability is included in your account's available functionality. If you believe you should have access but cannot find the relevant information, contact your workspace administrator or Polyosync Support. How can I investigate one specific activity? Use the relevant execution history rather than relying exclusively on a high-level report. Individual execution records are generally more appropriate for investigating a particular result or error. What is the recommended approach? Start with the business question you want to answer. Then identify the module and recorded information most directly related to that question. This reduces unnecessary navigation and helps ensure that conclusions are based on relevant operational evidence.
