How can I monitor the performance of my AI Employees in Polyosync?

Polyosync provides several ways for businesses to monitor and review the work performed by their AI Employees. An AI Employee is more than a chatbot that generates responses. Depending on its configuration, it may assist with internal operations, handle customer enquiries, participate in AI collaboration, or contribute to automated business activities. Monitoring these activities helps businesses understand how their AI workforce is being used and whether it is delivering the expected results. What can I monitor? Polyosync provides visibility into supported AI Employee conversations and relevant operational execution records. For customer-facing AI Employees, the Conversations area allows authorized users to review recorded customer interactions, including messages, conversation status, and applicable human involvement. For Internal AI Employees, the Internal AI Conversations area provides access to supported conversation history. For operational activities, Polyosync includes execution history and status information within relevant modules such as automations, autonomous workflows, AI collaboration, and business processes. Why is this important? A business needs to know more than whether an AI Employee responds to a message. It also needs to understand whether the AI Employee is working within its assigned responsibilities, whether activities are completing successfully, and when additional attention is required. For example, a company using an AI Employee for customer enquiries may review conversations to identify recurring questions or responses that need improvement. A company using AI-supported business processes may review execution records to identify unsuccessful runs or operational errors. Can I evaluate the quality of an AI Employee's work? Available conversations and execution results provide evidence that can support performance evaluation. Businesses can review whether responses are relevant, whether the AI Employee follows its intended responsibilities, and whether supported activities produce the expected results. However, conversation history and execution records should not be confused with a guaranteed, universal AI quality score. Does monitoring help improve AI Employees? Yes. When an AI Employee produces an inaccurate answer, fails to complete a supported activity, or encounters a recurring issue, the available records can help identify what needs attention. The business may need to improve its instructions, update Business Knowledge, adjust its workflow, or review an integration. Polyosync combines AI workforce management with operational history and monitoring capabilities, helping businesses maintain visibility over AI-assisted work instead of treating AI agents as disconnected tools.
