Does Polyosync use customer data or AI conversations to train AI models?

Polyosync does not use customer business data or AI conversations to train its own AI models. Customer information is provided to support the organization's business operations, not to become training material for a separate Polyosync AI model. This distinction is central to our approach to business data protection. What information is covered by this principle? It includes business information provided to or generated through authorized use of the platform, such as: 1. Business knowledge and operational context. 2. AI Employee conversations. 3. Customer and lead information. 4. Documents used in business activities. 5. Automation and workflow information. 6. Business process inputs and outputs. 7. Information processed through supported integrations. Does Polyosync train a proprietary AI model on our conversations? No. Polyosync's policy is not to use customer business conversations as training data for its own AI models. How can AI Employees operate without training on our data? AI inference and AI model training are different processes. During inference, an AI model processes information provided for a particular operation and generates a result. Training involves using data to update or improve a model's learned parameters. An AI Employee can use authorized business information as context for a task without Polyosync using that information to train a model. Does Polyosync use external AI providers? Yes. Polyosync uses external AI technology providers, including OpenAI, to support AI-powered functionality. Other AI providers may also be used according to the platform's configuration and supported capabilities. Does Polyosync's no-training policy automatically apply to every provider? Polyosync's own no-training policy and a third-party provider's contractual data-use obligations are separate matters. The treatment of information by an external AI provider depends on the specific service, API, account configuration, and applicable contractual terms. Polyosync should not be understood to guarantee identical retention or training policies across every provider and service unless those conditions are expressly established. Can organizations request information about AI provider processing? Organizations with specific privacy, regulatory, or contractual requirements should contact Polyosync to discuss the relevant processing arrangements. What about persistent memory? Persistent memory is a platform capability used to support continuity and relevant business context. Storing or retrieving operational context is not the same as training an AI model. The availability and behavior of memory depend on the relevant feature configuration. Our principle Your business information is provided to help your AI Workforce perform authorized work. Polyosync does not use that information to train its own AI models.
