How is a new Enterprise Organization set up in Polyosync?

Setting up an Enterprise Organization in Polyosync involves defining the company's operational requirements, establishing its organizational environment, and configuring the platform according to the agreed Enterprise arrangement. Unlike a standard self-service subscription, Enterprise onboarding is based on the organization's specific needs and contractual configuration. The objective is to ensure that the company begins operating with the appropriate workspace structure, access permissions, AI workforce capabilities, and commercial entitlements. Step 1: Define the organization's requirements Before configuring the Enterprise environment, identify the business activities that Polyosync will support. Consider: 1. Which departments or teams will use the platform. 2. Which business operations could benefit from AI employees. 3. Which workflows require automation. 4. Whether multiple workspaces are needed. 5. Which employees require access. 6. Which external systems need to be connected. 7. The expected volume of AI activity. 8. Any organizational security or governance requirements. This information helps establish an appropriate initial configuration. Step 2: Establish the Enterprise agreement Enterprise accounts operate under individually agreed commercial terms. The agreement establishes the relevant billing model, contractual value, enabled capabilities, and applicable capacity. For standard fixed-price arrangements, the agreed AI usage allocation is included in the contract price. Where an Unlimited configuration is required, a separate base-fee-plus-AI-usage arrangement may be agreed. Step 3: Configure the organization The Enterprise environment is configured according to the agreed organizational requirements. This includes establishing the main organization workspace and any additional operational workspaces included in the arrangement. The main workspace serves as the central organization-level environment for billing administration. Step 4: Configure business information The organization should review its business information, including its legal or business name, contact details, relevant location information, and billing currency. Accurate business information supports consistent administration and billing records. Step 5: Establish user access Authorized administrators can invite team members and assign appropriate roles. Enterprise role options include Member, Manager, AI Admin, Security Admin, Admin, and Viewer. Each person's role should reflect their operational responsibilities. Step 6: Prepare the AI workforce Identify the initial AI employees required by the organization. For each AI employee, define: 1. Its intended business responsibility. 2. The operational context it needs. 3. The activities it is expected to support. 4. Any required integrations. 5. The relevant permissions and safeguards. 6. How its performance and results will be reviewed. Avoid assigning responsibilities that are unclear or unnecessarily broad. Step 7: Configure operational functionality Depending on the enabled Enterprise capabilities, the organization can prepare automations, autonomous workflows, AI collaboration, and business processes. Each configuration should have a clearly defined business purpose. Step 8: Validate the environment Before relying on the configuration for important business operations, test representative activities. Verify that: 1. Authorized users can access their intended workspaces. 2. Role assignments are appropriate. 3. AI employees operate within their configured responsibilities. 4. Integrations connect successfully. 5. Business processes behave as expected. 6. Execution results can be reviewed. 7. Errors and unexpected outcomes are handled appropriately. Step 9: Begin operational use Once the initial environment has been validated, the organization can begin using Polyosync for its selected business operations. Additional capabilities can be introduced as the organization's requirements evolve. Does every Enterprise customer follow exactly the same onboarding process? No. The onboarding scope depends on the organization's structure, required functionality, existing systems, and Enterprise agreement. Some organizations may begin with a single operational workflow, while others require a broader configuration. Summary Enterprise onboarding establishes the operational and administrative foundation for using Polyosync across an organization. A well-planned configuration helps ensure that AI capabilities are introduced with clear responsibilities, appropriate access controls, and measurable business objectives.
