Can I create, pause, and manage automations in Polyosync?

Yes. Polyosync allows eligible business users to create and manage automations within their business workspace. Automations can have different statuses, allowing businesses to prepare configurations before activating them and pause activities when necessary. What automation statuses are supported? Draft: The automation is saved but is not active. Active: The automation is enabled for execution according to its configured trigger and applicable requirements. Paused: The automation is temporarily disabled from normal execution. Archived: The automation is no longer part of the active automation list. Why would I save an automation as a draft? Draft status is useful when preparing a new business process, defining its steps, or reviewing its configuration before activation. It allows businesses to organize automation definitions without immediately enabling them. When should I pause an automation? Pausing may be appropriate when a business process changes, an integration requires attention, or a recurring activity is temporarily unnecessary. This helps organizations maintain control over which activities are enabled. Can I modify an existing automation? Polyosync supports saving changes to existing automation definitions, subject to the applicable permissions and validation requirements. Configuration changes should be reviewed carefully, particularly when they affect actions involving external systems. Who can manage automations? Automation management is subject to business workspace access controls. The automation-saving logic requires an appropriate administrative role. An automation also requires an active internal AI Employee associated with the same business workspace. Are automations included in every subscription? Not necessarily. Multi-step automation availability depends on the business plan and applicable account configuration. Businesses should review their subscription entitlements before assuming a particular automation capability is included. Can I review previous executions? Yes. Polyosync provides automation run records that can help businesses investigate execution outcomes. Why is automation management important? As a business grows, its operational requirements change. Polyosync supports managing automation configurations and statuses so businesses can adjust automated activities as their processes evolve. This helps organizations maintain control over their automation environment rather than treating every configured process as permanently fixed.
