Request Support

Will I receive an email confirmation after submitting a Polyosync support ticket?

When you submit a support ticket, the support system may provide a confirmation through the platform interface and, where enabled, through email. A confirmation helps you establish that your request has been recorded. What might a confirmation email contain? Depending on the notification configuration, a confirmation may include: 1. A reference to the submitted request. 2. The subject or summary of the issue. 3. Confirmation that the ticket was received. 4. Information about how to review the request. 5. Any applicable instructions for further communication. The exact content depends on the notification template and support system configuration. Does receiving a confirmation mean the problem is being investigated? Not necessarily. A submission confirmation indicates that the request has entered the applicable support process. It does not automatically mean that a technical investigation has started or that the issue has been assigned a particular priority. What if I submit a ticket but do not receive a confirmation email? First, check whether the ticket appears in the available Support Tickets section. If the request is visible there, it may have been created successfully even if an email was not received. Then check your spam, junk, and filtered mail folders. Also confirm that your account uses the correct email address. Should I submit the same ticket again? Avoid creating a duplicate request solely because the confirmation email is missing. Verify the original submission first. What if the ticket does not appear in the support interface? Check whether the original submission displayed an error. If you cannot confirm that the request was created, contact Support through the available channel and explain what happened. Can I use the confirmation email as a ticket reference? Yes, if the message contains an identifiable ticket reference. Keep the reference available when following up on the same issue. Recommended practice Verify ticket creation in the support interface and treat email confirmation as an additional communication channel rather than the only evidence of submission.
