Which external applications and services can I connect to Polyosync?

Polyosync supports integrations that help businesses connect AI-powered operations with external applications and services. Integrations can be useful when a business needs its AI Employees, automations, or workflows to work with information or capabilities provided by another system. The exact integrations available depend on the services supported by the platform, the relevant account configuration, and any provider-specific requirements. Where can I see available integrations? Sign in to your Polyosync business workspace and open the relevant integration management area within workspace settings. Review the services presented there to determine which connections are available to your account. What types of business systems may be relevant? Common integration scenarios involve: 1. Customer relationship management systems. 2. Communication and messaging platforms. 3. Scheduling and calendar services. 4. Business productivity applications. 5. External data services. 6. Operational software used by internal teams. 7. Other supported systems that provide authorized integration capabilities. These are examples of integration categories, not a guarantee that every application in those categories is currently supported. How do I know whether a particular service is supported? Check whether the service appears in the available integrations interface. If it does not appear, do not assume that it can be connected through an existing integration. You can contact Polyosync Support to ask about the specific service and the business operation you want to enable. Are all integrations available on every subscription? Availability may depend on the account's plan, enterprise configuration, permissions, or technical requirements. Review the relevant account capabilities before relying on a particular integration. Can an external service require a separate subscription? Yes. Some external providers require their own accounts, subscriptions, API access, or paid services. These requirements are determined by the external provider and should be considered separately from your Polyosync subscription. Does Polyosync control external service availability? No. External providers control their own systems, authorization policies, service availability, and API limitations. An integration may be affected if the external provider changes its requirements or experiences an outage. What if my business uses a service that is not listed? Identify the service and describe the exact operation you want to perform. For example, explain whether you need to retrieve customer information, update a business record, or trigger an external action. Contact Polyosync Support with this information so the requirement can be evaluated. What is the recommended approach? Start with the business process you want to improve rather than connecting services without a defined purpose. Identify which external systems are required, what information must be exchanged, and which actions should be authorized. This helps keep your integration setup focused, secure, and operationally useful.
