How do I invite and manage team members in an Enterprise workspace?

Polyosync Enterprise allows authorized users to invite employees and assign roles within the relevant business environment. Team management helps organizations distribute operational responsibilities while maintaining appropriate access controls. Enterprise invitations can include employee information such as name, email address, department, and assigned role. How to invite a team member Step 1: Open the relevant Enterprise workspace. Step 2: Navigate to the available team management settings. Step 3: Locate the invitation functionality. Step 4: Enter the employee's email address. Step 5: Provide the employee's name where applicable. Step 6: Select the appropriate department. Step 7: Assign the role that reflects the employee's responsibilities. Step 8: Submit the invitation. Step 9: Confirm that the invitation was processed successfully. Enterprise role options The Enterprise team management interface includes the following roles: 1. Member. 2. Manager. 3. AI Admin. 4. Security Admin. 5. Admin. 6. Viewer. The exact permissions enforced for each role depend on the platform's authorization implementation. How should roles be assigned? Choose roles based on the employee's actual responsibilities. Avoid assigning elevated administrative privileges to users who only need ordinary operational access. Can employees belong to different departments? The invitation interface supports department information. Organizations can use this information to reflect their internal structure. Does selecting a department automatically grant access to every resource associated with it? Not necessarily. Department information and authorization controls should not be treated as identical. Actual access depends on the applicable workspace and role permissions. Can employees be invited to multiple workspaces? The availability and behavior of multi-workspace membership depend on the organization's configuration and supported membership functionality. Administrators should verify the intended access before assigning users to additional environments. What should happen when an employee changes responsibilities? Review their assigned role and workspace access. Remove permissions that are no longer required and grant additional access only when justified. What should happen when an employee leaves? An authorized administrator should review and revoke the employee's access as appropriate. Any integrations or operational processes associated with that employee should also be reviewed. Recommended approach Maintain an accurate team structure and review access regularly. Use the least-privilege principle when assigning Enterprise roles.
