Can I create multiple AI Employees for different departments?

Yes. Polyosync supports the concept of an AI workforce made up of multiple AI Employees with different business responsibilities. Instead of expecting one general-purpose AI assistant to handle every activity, businesses can organize AI Employees around different operational functions. For example, a company may want separate AI Employees for customer support, sales enquiries, and internal operations. A customer support AI Employee could focus on answering customer questions using available business knowledge. A sales-focused AI Employee could support enquiries and other configured sales-related activities. An internal operations AI Employee could participate in supported business workflows. Each AI Employee can be configured according to its intended role and available capabilities. Why use multiple AI Employees? Different business responsibilities often require different information, instructions, and operational permissions. An AI Employee supporting customers may need access to approved customer-facing information. An AI Employee supporting internal operations may require a different business context and different authorized capabilities. Separating responsibilities can make it easier to organize AI configurations around actual business functions. It also allows a business to develop its AI workforce progressively. You can start with one AI Employee, evaluate its usefulness, and introduce additional AI Employees when there is a clear operational requirement. Can these AI Employees work together? Yes. Polyosync includes AI Collaboration capabilities. In supported scenarios, one AI Employee can request assistance from another AI Employee with relevant capabilities. For example, a customer-facing AI Employee may encounter a task that requires another configured AI Employee's expertise. Rather than requiring the original AI Employee to handle every responsibility itself, a supported collaboration flow can delegate the relevant work and return the result. Polyosync also supports more structured collaboration orchestration involving participants, tasks, dependencies, and shared outputs. This provides a foundation for organizing multiple AI agents around broader business operations. Do I need a separate subscription for every AI Employee? The number of AI Employees available to your business depends on your subscription or Enterprise configuration. Standard business plans have defined capabilities and resource limits. Enterprise organizations can have customized capacity arrangements according to their contracts. Creating multiple AI Employees does not automatically mean that every agent has unlimited usage or access to all platform features. For businesses with several operational functions, Polyosync provides a way to organize AI agents within a shared business platform rather than treating each assistant as an unrelated tool.
