Can another company using Polyosync access my organization's data?

Polyosync is designed to keep business information separated between unrelated organizations. Using the same platform does not give one business permission to access another business's data. Each organization operates through its own authorized business environment. What information should remain separated? Organization-specific information may include: 1. Customer and lead records. 2. Business knowledge and documents. 3. AI Employee instructions and conversations. 4. Internal operational information. 5. Automation and workflow configurations. 6. Business process execution records. 7. Integration connections and credentials. 8. Reports and operational results. 9. Employee memberships and role assignments. A user from one company should not gain access to another company's resources merely by knowing a record identifier, workspace name, or URL. Does sharing the same software platform mean sharing business data? No. A multi-tenant software platform can serve multiple customers while enforcing logical separation between their resources. The presence of multiple organizations within one application does not establish permission for cross-organization data access. What if two businesses use the same external CRM provider? Using the same CRM product does not mean their connected accounts or customer records should be shared. Each integration must be associated with the appropriate authorized business environment and external account. What if someone knows another company's workspace identifier? Knowing an identifier is not authorization. Access should depend on verified membership and permissions, not simply on possession of an identifier. What about publicly shared information? Information that an organization intentionally makes public may be accessible according to the relevant publication settings. Public information and protected internal business data are different categories. What if two organizations are part of the same corporate group? Related companies may still have separate operational and privacy requirements. Access between their environments must follow the supported organization structure and explicitly authorized configuration. Corporate ownership alone should not be treated as unrestricted access. What if I discover another company's information? Stop interacting with the information and report the issue to Polyosync Support. Do not copy, distribute, or attempt to investigate unrelated records. Our principle Your business data belongs to your business. Polyosync does not sell customer business data or use it to train its own AI models. Protecting the boundaries between organizations is an essential part of respecting that ownership.
