How can I identify failed or problematic business processes?

Polyosync provides execution history and diagnostic information that can help businesses identify unsuccessful or problematic process runs. A business process may encounter issues because of configuration problems, missing information, external service failures, or other operational conditions. How do I identify a problematic execution? 1. Open Business Processes in your Polyosync dashboard. 2. Locate the process you want to investigate. 3. Review its Run History. 4. Identify executions with unsuccessful or unexpected outcomes. 5. Open the relevant execution details. 6. Examine the recorded status, results, events, and error information. What types of problems should I look for? Common warning signs include unsuccessful executions, missing expected results, repeated errors, and outcomes that do not match the original business requirements. An execution may also complete technically while producing a result that requires additional review. How can I determine the cause? Start with the recorded error information and execution events. Then review the process configuration, required inputs, connected services, and permissions where relevant. The available technical details may provide additional context. Should I restart a failed process immediately? Not always. Before starting another execution, determine whether the previous run completed any external actions. Repeating an operation without checking its earlier effects may create duplicate records, repeated communications, or other unintended outcomes. Can monitoring help prevent recurring problems? Reviewing multiple executions can help identify patterns and recurring failures. Businesses can use this information to improve process configuration, validate inputs, and investigate unreliable dependencies. Polyosync supports a more controlled approach to AI-powered business operations by making recorded execution problems available for investigation.
