How does Polyosync coordinate multiple AI agents to complete a business task?

Polyosync supports coordinating multiple AI Employees through Collaboration Orchestration. This allows a business objective to be organized into smaller responsibilities that can be handled by different AI agents. Rather than requiring one AI assistant to possess every capability, businesses can configure specialized AI Employees and coordinate their contributions. What happens first? An orchestration begins with a defined objective and a configuration identifying how participating AI Employees should contribute. The work can be represented through tasks and dependencies. A coordinating role helps organize the overall execution. How are tasks assigned? Tasks are associated with participating AI Employees according to the orchestration configuration. For example, a business assessment may involve a Sales AI Employee, an Operations AI Employee, and a Finance AI Employee. Each participant can contribute to the part of the objective that matches its assigned responsibility. How does Polyosync handle task dependencies? Some activities cannot begin until other activities have produced the required information. For example, a final business recommendation may depend on receiving both operational and financial assessments. Collaboration Orchestration supports defining dependencies between tasks so the execution can respect their required order. Can AI Employees work simultaneously? Yes. The orchestration model supports parallel execution for tasks that do not depend on one another. For example, an Operations AI Employee and a Finance AI Employee may be able to perform independent assessments before their results are used in a later task. Parallel execution is subject to the orchestration configuration and applicable execution constraints. How are results combined? Participating AI Employees produce outputs for their assigned tasks. These outputs can be made available within the orchestration so dependent work can continue and the overall result can be assembled. Does a human need to coordinate every step? Not necessarily. The purpose of orchestration is to manage supported task coordination within the configured execution. However, businesses remain responsible for defining appropriate objectives, permissions, and oversight requirements. Does orchestration guarantee a successful result? No. Successful execution depends on the task configuration, available information, AI Employee capabilities, integrations, and execution conditions. Polyosync provides an orchestration framework for coordinating multi-agent work, not a guarantee that every AI-generated result will be correct. For businesses, the main advantage is the ability to organize multiple AI agents around a shared operational objective instead of managing each AI assistant as an isolated tool.
