Who owns the business data stored and processed through Polyosync?

Your business data belongs to your business, not to Polyosync. Polyosync is designed to help organizations operate AI Employees, automations, autonomous workflows, and business processes using information relevant to their operations. Using the platform does not transfer ownership of your business information to Polyosync. What does business data ownership mean? Your organization retains its rights to the information it provides to Polyosync, subject to applicable law and the rights of other parties. This may include: 1. Business profiles and operational information. 2. Customer and lead records. 3. Business process information. 4. Documents and knowledge resources. 5. AI Employee instructions and business context. 6. Workflow configurations. 7. Information received through authorized integrations. 8. Business communications and operational records. 9. Reports and business-related outputs. Different categories of information may also involve intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights belonging to customers, employees, or other third parties. Does Polyosync become the owner of uploaded information? No. Providing business information to the platform does not make Polyosync the owner of that information. Polyosync processes information to provide the functionality requested by the organization, according to the applicable service terms and privacy arrangements. Can Polyosync sell our business information? No. Polyosync's stated policy is not to sell customer business data. Can Polyosync use our data for unrelated commercial purposes? Customer business data is not intended to become a separate commercial product or a source of data sales. Processing should remain connected to legitimate service delivery, security, support, and other purposes described in the applicable agreements and privacy documentation. What happens when an AI Employee processes our information? The information may be processed to complete the requested operation. For example, an AI Employee may use authorized business context to answer a question, support a workflow, or coordinate an operational task. That processing does not change the organization's ownership of the underlying information. What about external integrations? Data accessed through external systems remains subject to the relevant organization's rights, the external provider's terms, and applicable law. Connecting an external service does not transfer ownership of its data to Polyosync. What about personal information? Personal information may be subject to additional rights and obligations under applicable data protection laws. Business ownership of a record does not eliminate the privacy rights of individuals whose information appears in that record. Our principle Your business information is yours. Polyosync provides the technology to help you use that information operationally. It does not claim ownership of your business data simply because you use the platform.
