Where can I find and manage my AI Employees?
To access your AI Employees, sign in to Polyosync and select AI Employees from the dashboard navigation menu.
This section provides access to the AI Employees associated with your business workspace.
AI Employees are configurable business AI agents that can support specific responsibilities, such as customer communication, enquiries, and other supported business activities.
The dashboard overview also displays your AI Employee count and provides a shortcut to the AI Employees area.
Existing AI Employees can have different statuses, including Active and Draft.
An Active AI Employee is configured with an active status, while a Draft AI Employee has not been activated.
You can select an individual AI Employee to open its dedicated page and review the available configuration and management options.
The ability to create, modify, or activate AI Employees depends on your subscription, workspace configuration, and applicable access controls.
If you are using Free Explore, you can inspect the available interface, but creating or modifying AI Employees requires appropriate access.
