What team member roles are available in Polyosync?

Polyosync uses role-based access controls to determine what team members can view, manage, and execute within a business workspace. Standard business workspaces use four underlying workspace roles: Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer. Owner is the highest-level workspace role and includes administrative access to workspace management, team management, integrations, and billing. Admin provides broad management access to workspace operations, AI Employees, team members, integrations, and billing. Member is intended for users who participate in business operations. Members can have access to managing AI Employees, business knowledge, bookings, and executing supported automations, subject to applicable controls. Viewer provides read-oriented access to supported workspace information without the same management capabilities. The standard team invitation form offers Admin, Member, and Viewer. Owner is a separately controlled role rather than a normal invitation option. Enterprise organizations support additional roles, including Manager, AI Admin, and Security Admin. Enterprise access is governed by the organization's role-based access control policy, which can assign permissions for specific resources and operations. The exact actions available to a person depend on their role, workspace context, subscription, and any additional security restrictions.
