The Polyosync dashboard is the central interface for accessing your business AI workforce and available operational tools. It brings together the main areas of your workspace, allowing you to navigate between AI Employees, conversations, customer information, business operations, integrations, analytics, and administrative settings. The dashboard overview displays information about your AI workforce, including the total number of AI Employees, active AI Employees, conversations, and captured leads. You can also access your configured AI Employees directly from the overview and open their individual pages. Polyosync is more than a standalone AI chatbot. It provides an environment for managing AI agents, AI assistants, and business automation capabilities within a business workspace. Depending on your subscription and configuration, you may have access to AI collaboration, autonomous workflows, automations, business processes, internal AI, business knowledge, reporting, and other advanced features. The dashboard is designed to provide a single starting point for managing these capabilities without requiring you to access multiple unrelated applications.
