What is Dynamic AI Collaboration in Polyosync?

Dynamic AI Collaboration is a Polyosync capability that allows AI Employees to work together by requesting assistance from other AI Employees when a business task requires additional expertise or capabilities. Instead of treating every AI agent as an isolated assistant, Polyosync enables supported AI Employees to collaborate as part of a connected AI workforce. How does Dynamic Collaboration work? An AI Employee begins working on an assigned task using its configured responsibilities, instructions, and available business context. During execution, the AI Employee may encounter a requirement that another AI Employee is better suited to handle. When the relevant collaboration capabilities and permissions are configured, the first AI Employee can request assistance from another AI Employee. The receiving AI Employee works on the delegated request and returns its result. The original AI Employee can then use that result to continue its work. For example, imagine a company with an Operations AI Employee and a Finance AI Employee. The Operations AI Employee is preparing an operational assessment and needs financial information to complete its analysis. Rather than requiring an employee to manually switch between two AI assistants, the Operations AI Employee can request assistance from the Finance AI Employee through a supported collaboration flow. The Finance AI Employee handles its assigned part of the request and returns the relevant information. The Operations AI Employee can then incorporate that information into its original task. This example illustrates how collaboration can work. Actual actions and accessible information depend on the AI Employees' configurations, permissions, and connected capabilities. Why is it called Dynamic Collaboration? Because the need for assistance can arise during the execution of a task. The collaboration is not necessarily a predefined sequence in which every step and participant must be selected manually in advance. The AI Employee can identify a need for additional expertise within the boundaries of its configured collaboration capabilities. How is this different from using multiple AI chatbots? With separate AI chatbots, a person typically has to coordinate the work manually. They may need to copy information from one assistant, send it to another, wait for the response, and return to the original conversation. Dynamic Collaboration allows supported AI Employees to exchange delegated work and results through Polyosync. This reduces the need for manual coordination between individual AI agents. Does Dynamic Collaboration replace human employees? No. It is designed to support business operations by allowing configured AI Employees to cooperate on suitable activities. Businesses remain responsible for defining appropriate permissions, reviewing important outcomes, and involving human employees when necessary. Dynamic Collaboration is part of Polyosync's broader AI Workforce and Collaboration platform, which also includes autonomous workflows, automations, business processes, and operational execution history.
