A Polyosync workspace is the business environment where you access and manage your AI workforce, AI agents, AI assistants, business information, and supported operational capabilities. Your workspace brings together the different areas of Polyosync so that you can manage AI Employees and business activities from one platform. Depending on your subscription and configuration, your workspace can provide access to AI Employees, conversations, leads, customers, bookings, automations, autonomous workflows, AI collaboration, business processes, integrations, analytics, and other operational tools. The workspace also includes settings for business information, team access, integrations, and other administrative functions. When you register a new business account, you begin in Free Explore. This allows you to inspect the platform in a read-only environment before activating access to features that require an eligible subscription. A Polyosync workspace is not a separate AI agent. It is the environment in which your business configures, organizes, and manages its available AI capabilities.
