The Polyosync dashboard overview provides a summary of important information about your business AI workforce. The main overview includes several indicators. Total employees shows the number of AI Employees associated with your workspace. Active employees shows how many AI Employees currently have an active status. Conversations displays a conversation count in the overview. Leads captured displays the number of leads recorded for the workspace. The overview also includes an AI Employees section where you can access existing AI Employees and see whether they are Active or Draft. These indicators help you understand the current state of your AI workforce without opening every individual module. For more detailed operational information, use the relevant dashboard sections, such as Conversations, Leads, Analytics, AI Usage, or Reports, where available. The information displayed depends on the records available in your workspace and the capabilities supported by your subscription.
