How does Polyosync maintain workspace boundaries during AI Employee collaboration?

Polyosync supports collaboration between AI Employees to help organizations coordinate more complex business tasks. Collaboration may involve delegation, task dependencies, shared outputs, and the exchange of relevant information. These capabilities must remain subject to the business environment's authorization boundaries. What happens during AI collaboration? Depending on the configured collaboration type, one AI Employee may request assistance from another. A coordinated workflow may involve several participating AI Employees working on related tasks. Information relevant to the operation may be exchanged so that the task can continue. Does collaboration automatically give every AI Employee access to all business data? No. Participating in a collaboration should not be treated as unrestricted access to all available information. The data involved should be relevant to the task and permitted by the applicable configuration. What is dynamic collaboration? Dynamic collaboration allows an AI Employee to request assistance from another AI Employee when additional expertise is needed. The requesting AI Employee can then use the returned result to continue its work. Such delegation should remain within the supported and authorized business context. What is collaboration orchestration? Collaboration orchestration coordinates multiple AI Employees through assigned tasks, dependencies, and shared results. This can include parallel activities and coordinated completion of business objectives. The orchestration mechanism should not bypass the permissions governing participating resources. Can AI Employees from unrelated companies collaborate automatically? No such cross-organization access should be assumed. Collaboration between unrelated business environments would require an explicitly supported and authorized mechanism. Ordinary AI collaboration should not expose one customer's protected information to another customer. Can collaboration expose confidential information internally? Any collaboration involving sensitive information should be reviewed carefully. Organizations should determine which AI Employees genuinely need particular data and whether the task requires sharing it. What should administrators review? 1. The AI Employees participating in the collaboration. 2. The purpose of each assigned task. 3. The knowledge and tools available to participants. 4. The information exchanged between tasks. 5. Any external integrations involved. 6. The sensitivity of the expected outputs. 7. The applicable human approval requirements. What if a collaboration produces an unexpected result? Review the available collaboration and execution information. If the issue suggests unauthorized data access, report it as a potential security incident. Recommended practice Design collaboration around clearly defined responsibilities, relevant information sharing, and enforced access boundaries.
