In Dynamic Collaboration, an AI Employee can request assistance from another suitable AI Employee during supported work. In Collaboration Orchestration, participating AI Employees and their assigned tasks are defined as part of the orchestration configuration. Why does the receiving employee matter? A business may have several AI Employees serving different purposes. For example, one employee may support sales enquiries, another may handle operational assessments, and another may assist with financial analysis. The purpose of delegation is to involve an employee whose configured responsibilities are relevant to the work being requested. Does Polyosync automatically understand every employee's expertise?
