How do I start or run a business process in Polyosync?

You can start a configured business process from the Business Processes area of your Polyosync dashboard, using the available process execution controls. A process should be configured and reviewed before it is used for important business operations. How do I start a process? 1. Sign in to your Polyosync business workspace. 2. Navigate to Business Processes. 3. Locate the business process you want to execute. 4. Review its configuration and ensure that the required information and capabilities are available. 5. Use the available Start Run control to initiate execution. 6. Review the resulting execution status and details. What should I check before starting? Confirm that the process has a clear objective, the necessary activities are configured, and any required AI Employees or connected tools are available. If the process depends on external systems, ensure that the relevant integrations and permissions are correctly configured. What happens after I start it? Polyosync creates an execution run and begins processing the configured activities. The resulting status and execution details can be reviewed through the Business Processes interface. Can I run the same process more than once? A configured process can be used for repeated operational runs where supported by its configuration. Each execution should be evaluated according to its inputs, results, and business context. What if the process does not start successfully? Review the available execution information and check for configuration issues, missing requirements, permissions, or unavailable dependencies. For business-critical operations, begin with a controlled test before using the process with live customer or operational data. Polyosync makes structured business process execution accessible through a centralized business workspace, without requiring users to manage every operational step manually.
