How do I navigate the Polyosync dashboard?
After signing in to Polyosync, you can navigate your workspace using the main dashboard menu.
On desktop devices, the navigation menu appears on the left side of the interface.
On smaller screens, you can open the navigation menu using the menu button in the header.
Select a section to access the corresponding workspace functionality.
For example, select AI Employees to access your configured AI agents, Conversations to review supported conversation records, or Settings to manage available workspace configuration.
The Overview section returns you to the main dashboard.
The menu also provides access to operational areas such as Leads, Customers, Bookings, Integrations, and Billing.
More advanced capabilities, including AI Collaboration, Autonomous Workflows, Business Processes, and AI Governance, may appear depending on your subscription and workspace configuration.
If you cannot find a particular feature, it may not be included in your current subscription or may require additional access permissions.
Enterprise organizations may have additional navigation options for managing multiple businesses and organizational controls.
