How can I view the execution history of a business process in Polyosync?

Polyosync provides execution history for business processes, allowing businesses to review previously initiated process runs and examine their recorded outcomes. Execution history is important because a business process may involve multiple activities, AI-powered operations, and dependencies. Businesses need visibility into what happened during execution, not simply confirmation that a process was started. To review execution history: 1. Sign in to your Polyosync business workspace. 2. Navigate to Business Processes in your dashboard. 3. Locate the business process you want to review. 4. Open its Run History. 5. Select the relevant execution to examine its available details. Depending on the execution, you can review information such as the recorded status, results, execution events, and errors. The execution details interface also provides access to technical information where available, helping users investigate how an operation was processed. Why is execution history useful? Execution history helps businesses identify unsuccessful runs, examine completed operations, compare previous outcomes, and investigate operational issues. For example, if a company uses a business process to coordinate customer onboarding activities, its execution records can help determine whether the relevant process ran successfully and whether any recorded issues require attention. Does execution history show every action performed outside Polyosync? Not necessarily. The information available depends on what the platform and connected systems record during execution. A completed process does not automatically prove that every external business objective has been achieved. Polyosync provides structured execution visibility so organizations can review AI-powered operations and make informed decisions about their business processes.
