How can I monitor the progress and status of a running business process?

Polyosync provides business process execution information that helps users review process runs, statuses, results, and relevant execution details. This gives businesses visibility into how their configured operations are performing. Where can I find execution information? Sign in to your Polyosync workspace and navigate to Business Processes. The interface includes process information and execution history features. Depending on the selected process and run, you can review available execution details. What information can I review? The Business Processes interface supports reviewing information such as: - Execution status. - Recorded results. - Execution events. - Error information. - Technical execution details where available. The information displayed depends on the execution and the data recorded by the platform. Why is execution visibility important? Businesses need to know more than whether an automation was started. They also need to understand whether it completed, what results were produced, and whether an issue requires attention. Can execution information help identify problems? Yes. Recorded errors and events can help identify which part of an operation requires investigation. For example, a failure may be related to missing information, an unavailable integration, insufficient permissions, or another execution condition. Can managers use this information? Authorized workspace users can use the execution information available to their roles and account configuration. This supports operational oversight and helps teams review how AI-powered activities are performing. Does monitoring guarantee every business outcome? No. Execution visibility helps organizations understand recorded platform activity, but it does not independently guarantee that every external business outcome has been achieved. Polyosync provides a more transparent approach to AI-powered business execution by making process runs and their recorded outcomes available for review.
