Does Polyosync provide analytics and performance metrics for AI Employees?

Yes. Polyosync includes an Analytics area that helps businesses examine available operational and business performance data. The platform is designed to help companies understand how AI-supported activities contribute to their operations, rather than simply providing a collection of AI chatbots. What can I see in Analytics? The Analytics interface organizes information into several business categories: Overview, Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Depending on the category and available data, the interface can display key performance indicators, activity series, breakdowns, and insights. This gives businesses a structured way to review different areas of performance. Can I analyze an individual AI Employee? Yes. The Analytics interface includes an AI Employee selector. You can choose an individual AI Employee or examine the whole workspace. This is useful when a business has several AI agents with different responsibilities and wants to focus on one employee's available performance data. Can I choose a reporting period? Yes. The Analytics interface supports the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months. This allows businesses to review different time periods instead of relying on a single snapshot. Does Analytics show information from connected business systems? Analytics includes information about available data sources and their connection status. The usefulness of a particular metric depends on the relevant source data and supported calculations. Not every metric is necessarily available for every company, AI Employee, or integration. Does Polyosync calculate business ROI automatically? Analytics can provide relevant business performance information where the necessary data and supported calculations are available. However, businesses should not assume that every AI interaction can be directly attributed to revenue or that every reported business outcome represents proven financial return. For reliable ROI analysis, companies should compare verified outcomes against their actual operating costs and business objectives. Why is this useful for small businesses? A small business can focus on practical questions, such as whether supported AI activities are being used and what business information is available for review. Why is this useful for enterprises? Larger organizations can examine different business categories, reporting periods, and AI Employees as part of their operational oversight. Polyosync combines configurable AI agents with business-oriented analytics, helping companies evaluate AI-supported activities in a wider operational context.
