Not every Polyosync Enterprise account includes unlimited AI agents, unlimited AI usage, or unrestricted access to all platform capabilities. Enterprise accounts are configured according to the organization's operational requirements and commercial agreement. This means the number of AI Employees, available business locations, supported integrations, operational limits, and AI usage arrangements can vary between Enterprise deployments. Polyosync supports specially configured unlimited Enterprise arrangements for organizations with exceptionally high usage requirements. Where an unlimited arrangement includes separately billed AI usage, the commercial model may consist of a base fee plus AI usage charges. Unlimited AI usage should not be interpreted as the absence of security controls, authorization requirements, or operational governance. The precise meaning of unlimited access, including any applicable conditions, must be established in the Enterprise agreement. For organizations that prefer predictable costs, fixed-price Enterprise arrangements may also be available according to their requirements. Always review the applicable contract to determine what is included in your Enterprise account.
