For standard Polyosync business subscriptions, AI usage within the plan's included allowances is covered by the subscription price. This means you are not charged an additional variable AI provider fee for every conversation or AI request made within the limits of your subscribed plan. Each subscription has its own usage allowances, resource limits, and available capabilities. Reaching a plan limit does not automatically mean that usage becomes unlimited or that additional activity can continue without restrictions. Enterprise billing may work differently. Enterprise accounts are configured according to the organization's contract. Some Enterprise arrangements may use a fixed price, while specifically configured unlimited or high-volume arrangements may include a base fee plus separately billed AI usage. Any usage-based Enterprise charges should be defined in the applicable commercial agreement. For accurate billing information, review your subscription details or Enterprise contract. Polyosync's standard fixed-price subscriptions are designed to make business AI automation costs more predictable.
