Can team members access all AI Employees and business information?
No. Being a member of a Polyosync workspace does not automatically grant unrestricted access to every available function or business resource.
Polyosync uses workspace roles and permission checks to determine which operations a user can perform.
For example, a Viewer generally receives read-oriented access to supported workspace information, while a Member may have permission to manage certain AI Employees or execute supported automations.
Administrators have broader management capabilities, but some sensitive operations remain subject to additional authorization.
Enterprise organizations use more detailed role-based access control policies that can govern access to specific types of resources and operations.
Access to AI Employees, integrations, business knowledge, bookings, and other operational areas is therefore determined by the relevant permissions.
Where Enterprise organizations operate multiple businesses or locations, additional organizational context and access restrictions may apply.
Businesses should assign roles according to actual responsibilities and avoid granting unnecessary privileges.
For sensitive operations, always review the available permissions and applicable security controls before giving a user access.
