Can Polyosync AI Employees work together on the same task?

Yes. Polyosync includes AI Collaboration capabilities that allow supported AI Employees to cooperate on business activities. This is particularly useful when a task requires different responsibilities or areas of expertise. Instead of relying on one AI agent to perform every part of an operation, a business can configure multiple AI Employees and use supported collaboration mechanisms to coordinate their work. Polyosync includes two important collaboration approaches. Dynamic AI Collaboration Dynamic collaboration supports situations where an AI Employee is working on a task and identifies a need for assistance from another AI Employee. The first AI Employee can delegate the relevant work to another configured AI Employee. The second AI Employee processes its assigned responsibility and returns a result. The original AI Employee can then use that result to continue its work. For example, imagine a business with one AI Employee responsible for customer communication and another configured for a specialized internal function. If a customer request requires information or processing outside the first AI Employee's responsibility, a supported collaboration flow can involve the second AI Employee. The objective is to organize work around the relevant capabilities rather than forcing one assistant to handle every task. Collaboration Orchestration Polyosync also includes more structured collaboration orchestration. This approach supports coordinated work involving multiple AI Employees, defined tasks, dependencies, and shared outputs. A coordinator can organize the broader execution, while participating AI Employees handle their assigned responsibilities. Where the execution structure permits it, independent tasks can be performed in parallel. Other tasks may depend on the results of earlier work. This is relevant for business operations that require several connected activities rather than one isolated AI response. How is this different from using multiple chatbots? Having several chatbots does not automatically create a collaborative AI workforce. If each chatbot operates independently, information and responsibility may still need to be transferred manually. Polyosync AI Collaboration is designed to support cooperation and delegation between configured AI Employees. The distinction is not simply the number of AI agents. It is the ability to organize supported work across those agents. Do all AI Employees collaborate automatically? No. Collaboration depends on the relevant configuration, available capabilities, execution context, and permissions. Creating multiple AI Employees does not automatically mean they can access one another's information or perform unrestricted actions. The business must use the supported collaboration capabilities and appropriate configuration. Polyosync is designed to bring AI agents, multi-agent collaboration, and business operations into the same platform, allowing organizations to progress from individual AI assistants to more coordinated AI-powered work.
