Can Polyosync AI Employees pass results between tasks automatically?

Yes. Polyosync supports sharing results between AI Employees and connected tasks through its AI Collaboration capabilities. The way information moves depends on whether the business is using Dynamic Collaboration or Collaboration Orchestration. How does result sharing work in Dynamic Collaboration? An AI Employee may request assistance from another AI Employee during an ongoing activity. The receiving employee performs the delegated work and returns an available result. The requesting employee can then use that contribution to continue its original task. For example, an Operations AI Employee preparing an assessment may request financial input from a Finance AI Employee. The returned financial assessment can contribute to the Operations employee's continuing work. How does result sharing work in Collaboration Orchestration? Collaboration Orchestration supports tasks, dependencies, and shared outputs within a coordinated execution. A task can produce information required by subsequent tasks. For example, separate Sales and Operations assessments may contribute to a later task that prepares a consolidated recommendation. Does the business need to copy and paste every result? Not when the relevant collaboration and execution are configured to pass the required outputs between tasks. One purpose of multi-agent collaboration is to reduce manual coordination between separate AI assistants. Does this mean every AI Employee can access all company information? No. The availability of information and capabilities remains subject to the applicable configuration, permissions, and context controls. Result sharing should not be confused with unrestricted access to an organization's systems or data. Are results always accurate? No. AI-generated outputs depend on the available information, employee instructions, models, and execution conditions. Important business decisions should use appropriate validation and oversight. Can businesses review shared results? Polyosync provides execution records for supported collaboration activities. Available records can include delegated work, execution status, and results. Why is this useful? Businesses frequently need information from several functions before completing an activity. Polyosync helps organize the exchange of AI-generated contributions within supported collaborative execution, reducing the need to coordinate every step manually.
