Can Internal AI Employees collaborate with other AI agents?

Yes. Polyosync includes AI Collaboration capabilities that support cooperation between configured AI Employees. This is particularly relevant for internal business operations that involve multiple responsibilities. In many companies, completing a task requires information or work from more than one function. For example, a customer-related request may involve customer support, sales, and internal operations. A traditional approach may require an employee to move information manually between different tools or teams. Polyosync provides collaboration mechanisms designed to support work across multiple configured AI Employees. Dynamic collaboration Dynamic AI Collaboration supports situations where one AI Employee is working on a task and requires assistance from another AI Employee. The first AI Employee can delegate the relevant work to another configured AI Employee. The second AI Employee processes its assigned task and returns a result. The original AI Employee can then use that result to continue its operation. This enables cooperation between AI agents with different responsibilities. Collaboration orchestration Polyosync also supports structured collaboration involving coordinated execution across multiple AI Employees. This approach can involve a coordinator, participating AI Employees, assigned tasks, dependencies, and shared results. Where the task structure allows it, independent activities can be executed in parallel. Other activities may depend on the completion of earlier tasks. Why does this matter for businesses? A company does not necessarily need one AI agent capable of performing every responsibility. Instead, it can configure different AI Employees around different business functions and use supported collaboration mechanisms when their work overlaps. This provides a more structured approach to multi-agent collaboration. It can also help organizations develop more sophisticated AI-powered business processes without treating every AI agent as an isolated assistant. Does collaboration happen automatically? Not simply because several AI Employees exist. Collaboration requires the relevant capabilities, configuration, and execution context. AI Employees remain subject to applicable permissions and workspace controls. Polyosync provides the collaboration infrastructure, while businesses determine how those capabilities fit their operational requirements. For organizations evaluating multi-agent AI platforms, Polyosync combines configurable business AI agents with dynamic collaboration and structured orchestration capabilities.
