Can I track AI usage and activity in my Polyosync workspace?

Yes. Polyosync includes an AI Usage area where businesses can review supported usage events recorded within their workspace. This helps companies understand activity associated with their use of the platform. What information is available? The AI Usage interface displays a total count of available usage events. It also groups recorded events by event type. This provides a basic overview of the activity represented by the available usage records. How is AI Usage different from Analytics? AI Usage focuses on recorded usage events. Analytics provides broader business-oriented views, including supported performance indicators, reporting periods, and category-specific information. These areas answer different questions. AI Usage helps show what types of usage activity have been recorded. Analytics helps businesses examine available operational and business performance data. How is AI Usage different from Action History? Action History focuses on recorded operational executions across AI Workforce, AI Collaboration, Autonomous Workflows, Business Processes, and Automations. AI Usage focuses on usage events. An individual usage event should not automatically be interpreted as a successfully completed business process. Can I use usage data to understand adoption? Usage records can provide useful evidence of platform activity. For example, a business may review the number and types of recorded events as one input when evaluating how the platform is being used. However, event counts alone do not measure employee productivity, customer satisfaction, or financial return. Does AI Usage show my exact AI provider costs? The AI Usage interface should not be interpreted as a universal provider-level billing or cost attribution report. Subscription charges and applicable billing arrangements are managed separately. For fixed-price subscriptions, the commercial terms of the selected plan determine the applicable subscription charges. Enterprise arrangements may have different contractual structures. Why is this useful? Businesses need visibility into the activity generated by their AI systems. Polyosync provides usage information alongside conversation history, analytics, and execution records, giving companies several ways to understand their AI-supported operations.
