Can I create, configure, and reuse multi-agent collaborations in Polyosync?

Yes. Polyosync supports creating and saving Collaboration Orchestration definitions that can be used to run coordinated activities involving multiple AI Employees. This allows businesses to configure recurring collaboration structures instead of designing every multi-agent activity from the beginning. What can I configure? A collaboration definition includes a name and an objective. It also identifies the coordinator AI Employee, participating members, and assigned tasks. Additional configuration can include context and governance settings. How do I create a collaboration? Open the AI Collaboration area in your Polyosync business dashboard. Use the available orchestration interface to configure the collaboration objective, coordinator, participants, and tasks. Define the relevant task relationships and review the available configuration settings. Save the collaboration definition. Can I save a collaboration before activating it? Yes. The orchestration system supports draft and active definition states. This allows a collaboration to be configured before being made active for execution. Can I run an existing collaboration? Yes. Polyosync supports starting a new execution from a saved collaboration definition. This makes it possible to use an established multi-agent structure for subsequent supported activities. Can I modify a saved collaboration? The orchestration system supports saving and updating collaboration definitions. Businesses should review the configuration carefully when changing objectives, participants, or tasks. Does every execution produce the same result? Not necessarily. AI-generated results may vary depending on the execution context, available information, model behavior, and external conditions. Reusing a collaboration definition provides a repeatable structure, not a guarantee of identical outputs. Can I review previous runs? Yes. Polyosync supports retrieving execution history associated with a collaboration definition. Available records can include the objective, execution status, timestamps, results, and errors. Why is this valuable? A business may repeatedly need coordinated input from several functions. Instead of manually opening several AI assistants and managing their contributions, it can maintain an orchestration definition for the relevant objective. Polyosync supports reusable multi-agent collaboration structures as part of its wider AI Workforce and business automation platform.
