This Cookie Policy explains how FLR Holdings UK Limited (company number 16970627), operating Polyosync, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Polyosync website and application.
1. Our approach
Polyosync separates technologies that are strictly necessary for authentication, security and core functionality from optional analytics technologies. We do not use non-essential analytics technologies until the user has made the required consent choice. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent access to the core service.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies include browser storage such as localStorage and scripts that can read or write information in the browser. Some of the technologies used by Polyosync are not cookies in the technical sense but are covered by this policy because they perform a similar storage or access function.

4. Google Analytics
Where Google Analytics is enabled, Polyosync loads Google Analytics only after the user chooses to allow analytics. Google Analytics may place its own cookies or use similar identifiers and may process technical and usage information according to Google's service terms and privacy documentation.
Polyosync configures the current analytics implementation with IP anonymisation. Analytics remains optional; choosing "Essential only" prevents the analytics script from being loaded by Polyosync.
5. How consent works
On first visit, the cookie banner offers an Essential-only choice and an option to allow analytics. We do not treat continued browsing as consent to optional analytics. The consent choice is stored in the browser so the banner does not need to be shown repeatedly.
You can change your choice by clearing the Polyosync consent preference in your browser or by using the cookie-preference controls that Polyosync makes available. If we add new non-essential categories, we will update this policy and the consent mechanism before enabling them.
6. Browser controls
You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and browser storage. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent authentication or core features from working. Browser controls do not necessarily withdraw consent already recorded for all purposes; use the Polyosync preference mechanism where available.
7. Third-party technologies
Third-party services may use their own technologies when you deliberately interact with an integration, embedded content or external service. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not permit optional analytics technologies to load on Polyosync pages before the required consent choice.
8. Review and changes
We review the technologies used by the service and update this policy when our implementation changes. New non-essential technologies will not be treated as covered by consent merely because they were added after a previous choice; the consent mechanism will be updated where a new category requires a fresh choice.
